You can experience the Russian traditional banya (sauna with a wood burning furnace), aqua fit, traditional yoga, hot yoga, personal training, steam sauna, infrared cabin – low temperature sauna, cold tub and warm tub. You can relax in our friendly atmosphere in the rest area with complimentary tea.

Sport teams are welcome for group training.

We also provide you with robes, towels and slippers.
